Cleanse, prep, treat, moisturise, then protect: Facial Wash → Toner → Serum → Moisturiser / Day Cream (AM) / Night Cream (PM) → Sunscreen (AM).

Use about two finger-lengths for face and neck, 15–20 minutes before going out, and reapply every 2–3 hours, especially when sweating or after washing your face. UVA and UVB exposure happens every day, not only when it's hot.

Yes. For longer periods outdoors, follow with Face Sunscreen with SPF 50 for more complete protection.

If you have sensitive skin and are new to it, start once a day at night. Patch test the facial wash first.

Products have a 24-month shelf life. The expiry date is printed on the packaging.
